Mr. Meraj has proven track record of leading technical sales cycle using a consultative and value-selling approach. He has been a key contributor in influencing product strategy and evangelizing CSM products within ServiceNow. His current focus is on digital transformation, artificial intelligence and machine learning within CSM Cloud. Mr. Meraj brings deep understanding of end-to-end contact centers processes, communication technology platforms, and emerging customer service industry trends including Omni-channel strategy, social care, and unified service desk. He is a native of Northern VA.
