Mitch is a Principal in KPMG’s Advisory practice with over 22 years of experience in consulting and solutions development across multiple industries. He specializes in helping large organizations transform the business facing technology services they provide and the people, processes and technologies that provide them. He has managed a wide range of consulting assignments including IT and HR transformation efforts, organization and process improvements, systems development, and infrastructure initiatives.
As KPMG’s leader for the US Service Management practice and ServiceNow alliance, Mitch has lead multiple efforts to transform Service Management capabilities leveraging the ServiceNow platform. These efforts have included large scale deployments around ITSM, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management and Security Operations at leading global firms. Prior to beginning his career in consulting, Mitch served as an officer in the United States Air Force. Mitch lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and four children where he enjoys coaching youth sports and cheering on the UVA Cavaliers!
